Open face shrimp salad sandwich

1/4 cup cream fraische (or sour cream)
Red onion sliced thin
Zest of one lemon and 2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp dill
1 Tbsp Dijion mustard
1tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
A few grinds of black pepper
1/2 cup diced radish
3/4 cup dice cucumber
1 pound of shrimp and or scallops cooked.
Sliced pumpernickle toasted
Avocado slices if you have them.
