Bossam AKA Korean lettuce wraps

This stuff is amazing! Kind of a Korean miso with chili powder added! I love the earthy deep flavors it adds to hot sauce or soups. This tub is around $7 and will last me a very long time.

4 Tbsp. gochujang chili paste
5 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic crushed
green onions
1 Tbsp sesame oil

Pork shoulder
1/4 cup salt, 1/4 cup sugar
rub roast and let set over night

Bake @ 250 for 6-7 hours

Lettuce leaves.
Romaine, butter or, red leaf lettuce, Napa leaves, work also.

Make a lettuce wrap and enjoy! This is just one use for the pork roast. You can also use the pork in ramen, or make tacos, shred and add BBQ sauce for sandwiches. One of my favorite uses for the left overs is pork fried rice. Not bad for a $10 roast and a little planning and prep time.
