One green onion
Grate carrot and dice onion
Mustard dressing
3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2/3 Cup olive oil
Salt/fresh ground pepper
Whisk and use maybe half for carrot slaw. marinate for half an hour
