Beef and barley soup for her.

Brown cross cut beef shank dusted in flour.

Should look like this.

Go out side and find carrots!

Pick dirty carrots and wash.

Add onion, garlic, carrot, thyme, salt and pepper. Beef stock and or water and simmer  till beef is done.

Add 1/2  cup barley. This is whole barley from the Korean market.

Pick snow peas and radish for salad

Seasoned rice wine vinegar sea salt and a touch of oil.

Barley soup for her.
