Fried rice night

A few green onions.

And some cooked rice.

An egg for two cups of cooked rice.

Bacon, this is where the magic begins!

Render out some fat from the bacon and pile on the rice and a few green onions. Save some onions for garnish.

No wok needed, just a fry pan over medium high heat. Mix it all up and cook like you would hash browns.

See the crispy bits starting to brown. Thats the good parts.
At this point you scramble the eggs and shrimp if you have it, and add to pan. Stir and coat all the rice with the egg. Stir till it seems dry, then it is done.
Done!

Now spicy fried rice for me! White onion, serano pepper, garlic.

Kale

Just like last time but some different ingredients is all. I split 4 cups of cooked rice for each batch. Any kind of meat will do. Left over steak and garlic fried rice is awesome. If you do not have bacon just use cooking oil. Also you can add a cup of brown rice to the white to make a blend.
